The following terms and conditions are in force for making a purchase on the online shop of “Urban Coffee Roasters” Ltd.:

Purchased products are delivered only in Tbilisi. No additional fee is required for the delivery. Purchased products are delivered on the next working day.

Payment can be processed only with Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards issued by the banks registered in Georgia.

The payment is processed on the bank web page and the card data is not provided on the online shop page.

After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation on the e-mail by you during the purchase.

In order to avoid delays in delivery, please provide accurate contact information during the purchase and detailed information on the delivery address.

If needed, the company representative will contact you via the phone number provided during the purchase for additional details of the delivery address.

For coffee, the change of purchased products is possible only if the coffee type delivered is different from the order and if the package was not opened by the customer.

For coffee machines and accessories, the change of purchased products is possible only if the product has a factory defect (not caused by a physical damage)

Only coffee machines and accessories are eligible for refund and only in case when the product has a factory defect (not caused by a physical damage). Ins such case, the refund is possible only within 3 days from the delivery day and the customer must provide the identity documentation, together with the document confirming the payment.
